Custom-Made Products: Due to the bespoke nature of our blinds, curtains, and Roman blinds, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or has been made in error.

Standard Products: Unused standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Return Costs: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
