What to check before ordering both

Fitting a blind and curtains on the same window needs a little more thought at the measure stage — there needs to be enough depth in the recess for the blind brackets without interfering with the curtain pole or track, and enough wall space either side for curtains to stack clear without catching on the blind. This is exactly the kind of detail we check during a proper site measure rather than a DIY one.

Cost considerations

Layering both products naturally costs more than choosing one, since you’re ordering two full window treatments rather than one. Many customers manage this by layering both only in priority rooms — bedrooms and the main living space — and choosing a single product for less-used rooms.
